A redesign of the online billing experience for Spectrum customers. Previous to this, a customer's monthly bill was only viewable as a PDF file. This was an effort, with a cross-function team at Spectrum, to modernize the bill, allowing it to be easier to consume digitally, while addressing common customer questions around cable-company billings, such as "What are these taxes", and "What changed from last month".
